- 233M (standard fitted) - These burrs deliver well balanced extractions, nice acidity and a relevant body, particularly suited to cut through milk. The structure of flavours is complex and its intensity stays through the whole experience.
- k202P (optional) - These high-performance special steel burrs stand out for sweet delicate extractions, soft flavours, silky texture, and medium body. They fit well with light roasted coffees as they balance acidity and enhance sweetness.
