A modern aesthetic, intuitive and high-performing management: every detail is conceived to support the barista with efficiency and precision. Polar is a sophisticated presence on the counter, capable of blending harmoniously with any style and setting. Each group is equipped with a backlit keypad for volumetric dosing and a shot counter. The 3.5” touch screen display affords the user total control of the machine operations and features, from altering the boiler pressure, to setting automatic on/off cycles. The drip tray is adjustable, allowing you to quickly switch from low groups (80mm) to high groups (125mm). Easily removable, it ensures quick cleaning and a consistently tidy workspace. New chrome steam levers are dual function, allowing the barista to dispense continuous steam, and to ‘purge’ for immediate steam wand cleaning. The new Advanced Boiler system by Polar intelligently manages boiler loading and heating, ensuring performance up to 30% higher. The set temperature is reached quicker and dispensing stability remains constant even during busy periods. The programmable energy-saving system, paired with the insulated boiler helps reduce consumption, and maintains stable temperature while minimizing heat loss, ensuring quick recovery and optimized energy use. The result is coffee always expressed at the highest quality, with reduced waiting times and maximum reliability. Optional Extra: Autosteamer Plus Polar can be equipped with Autosteamer Plus, the system that automatically heats and froths milk, delivering consistent, high-quality results. From the touch display, it is possible to adjust temperature and frothing level, programming up to four customizable recipes. A solution that speeds up service and ensures the ideal texture, regardless of the barista’s experience. Note: Autosteamer Plus is available via special request and must be done in advance.
